so you think i have it all together/hmmmmmm?

i cannot tell you how many times i have people ask, " how do you do it all? "

i have to admit, this question makes me feel like wonder woman, but i know all too well that there are things that i have trouble with ( see above image! )

i tell K when she gets frustrated because someone did something better than her, that we all have our talents that God gave us, we all have different strengths. just because someone else may sing/read/dance etc. better does not mean that they are better than us. we may just as well be better than them at something else. God does not favor one person or one talent over the other. i have to remind myself sometimes... slow down, it is not about what we accomplish in this world or how good we were at doing it. this life was given to us for a reason, a purpose... that purpose is to know God and to share His Word.

i love that song by JJ Heller " Love Me " - you know sometimes we feel like we are not understood or we feel hopeless, maybe we have not been shown love in the way we think we ought to by our family, friends, or spouse. we go feeling unappreciated and let down. you feel like you just want to give up because frankly, it seems that no one could care less what you do or accomplish? GOD cares! GOD loves you and it does not matter what you do or accomplish... he never stops loving you!
